Kim, this is an amazing and immersive post about the exploration of sound. Really appreciate all the angles that you consider and discuss, not to mention all the resources and exercises. As I write this comment, I am noticing just how LOUD the constant hum of my refrigerator is, while also being able to take in the backyard birdsong that livens up as the sun edges a bit closer to setting. So much to ponder, and more importantly, to really, truly listen to and make note of.
